We request that you continue to deal with your Account Representative by phone, email and other electronic and digital methods, that payments be made by direct debit payment plans, eTransfer or by dropping the payment in the office mail drop slot. If you do need to conduct business in person, we request you do so by having your representative pre-arrange an appointment time.
